Quality garment but not suitable for non-model body types

This dress is beautiful and I wanted to love it but sadly I regret this purchase. I originally ordered an S/M as that's my typical size but it didn't fit so I sized up. The M fit well and looked great whenever I tried it on in front of the mirror. However, over the course of my wedding reception and dancing it became very uncomfortable and the boning buckled and began to jut out. I had to ask my husband to hold the side of the dress in for photos in the hope salvaging some good shots. I would describe my body type as 'hourglass' petite and a healthy weight but not skinny. I hate to leave a non-positive review but I was swayed by the positive reviews previously and would have appreciated the heads up. Also, the returns policy seemed unreasonable for a brand of this level, I wouldn't have expected to pay for return postage on a £375 product. There's nothing I can do about my wedding reception photos now, but I hope this review may be helpful to other non-models for their big day :)

Our OLIVIA is one of our best-selling styles, we have not received this feedback before on any of our colourways. I would advise contacting us via email with images of the issue as this sounds like a fault on the dress you received, since this happened during wear, we would like to investigate further once received back.

With regards to the return, we clearly state on our website before you purchase, that we do not cover the cost of this.

Absolutely gorgeous!

From the packaging to the dress itself I have never been so excited to receive an item of clothing. I will be wearing the dress to my bridal shower and I cannot wait!! It looks exactly like it does on the website, absolutely gorgeous!

Olivia white dress

Exceptional quality, initially I bought size M but it was too large I returned the item and ordered size S/M which is a perfect fit. The return procedure was pretty straight forward and I was kept up-to-date. Thank you for the good customer service.

This will be the dress for my wedding party looking forward to wearing it!

GORGEOUS DRESS! Elegant & perfect fit

I had this dress saved in my IG folder for a long time for whenever I got engaged, and as soon as my boyfriend proposed I ordered it for our engagement photos. It was the best decision ever! I’m usually size M, but S/M fitted just perfectly since I’m thinner from the hips up. There is no mistake in ordering this for an engagement, bridal shower or even casual wedding events. It’s very elegant and true to size.
