This dress is not only elegant, but the floral pattern makes it perfect

I have the Olivia dress in both Black and White. I wore the black version for our engagement photoshoot and the white one for my bridal shower. Both times I received so many compliments and people asking where I bought it. I do recommend using flexible measuring tape to make sure that your sizing is correct and matches with the size guide. The first black Olivia dress was an XS and even though it worked for the photoshoot, I ended up going with a SM for the white one because when I was wearing the extra small black dress it did get tight around the torso area and could be hard to breathe at times. All together though, it’s a beautiful dress (so beautiful that I bought it twice!) and I really do recommend this dress if you have a specific occasion and see this dress being a perfect fit!

Sizing chart is inaccurate— size up

This is a well-made dress, but the sizing chart is wholly inaccurate. My measurements are smaller than the size I ordered and it’s not even close to fitting. I’m not sure if my dress was mislabeled or not, but it’s an issue. Get 1-2 sizes larger than indicated on the size chart to help ensure you get the correct size.

Lovely dress - odd sizing - costly exchange policy

A really beautiful dress, the sizing would be good if you have a very small chest or a quite straight figure. The cup sizes are quite small and the waist size comes up quite large in order to get a cup size to fit.

If you are a slim size 8 with an hour glass figure and have a natural C/D cup chest then you will need to order the S/M (in order for the cup size to fit) and have it taken in at a tailor to fit your waist - this costs approximately £150 at most tailors as they have to rearrange the corset boning.

It would be really good if there was an option for Size small A/B chest and size Small C/D chest, Size medium A/B chest, size Medium C/D chest etc.

The exchange policy is very costly - free exchanges are not offered as they are with most online stores - so you will need to pay approx £10-15 each time you order or return. When I politely queried if free returns were offered for incorrect sizing on the customer chat option, I was told "You will need to pay each time. It is not the stores fault!!!" The customer service seemed a bit blunt and unusual (especially with all of the exclamation marks) so that gave us a giggle :)

This means you will spend up to £40-45 on postage if you order a size which doesn't fit and you need to exchange.

Delivery is very quick 2-3 days (living in South England). The dress comes in a nice box with tissue which was pleasant.

Not for non models

I am always a size small but have hourglass form. I ordered the olivia dress and it did not fit up top. I am not someone who has large bust or bra cup size either.

Quality was great

Return policy tough and costly for an expensive piece
