Worldwide Returns

We hope you love your MERABI, however, if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund.

To arrange a return, please visit the Returns Manager.

Kindly note, we are able to offer a flat rate for all US returns when arranged via our Returns Manager. Any duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery and returns fees back.

To receive a refund:

Your MERABI must be raised and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
You must ensure that your return is in perfect, unworn condition and has all tags in place. Please note that if your return is in an unsellable condition it will be returned back to you.
Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer.
When a product is returned, we will refund the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery and returns fees.
Once we have received and accepted your return it will be processed within 7-10 business days

When using our Returns Portal you may need a printer for your label. Please attach this to the front of your package ready for drop off or collection. We do offer paperless return options if this is preferred.

Exchanges

While Nadine MERABI does not offer exchanges at this time, our return policy allows up to 14 days to return for a refund. A new order may be placed at any time for the item you wish to have instead.
