Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery back.

Not received your delivery?
If your courier has marked your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please get in touch with our Client Care Team via hello@nadinemerabi.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery notification.
Import Duties & Taxes
US
We ship to the USA on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that we cover all relevant import taxes and duties.
Please note that for certain US states, due to state law NADINE MERABI will calculate, collect and remit US sales tax in states where legally required and details of this will be shown at checkout.
Rest of the World
Please note that anywhere not in the USA, UAE (excluding certain territories) or UK may need to pay duties and taxes.
