Hold your measuring tape over the fullest part of your bust and take the measurement around your body in a straight line. The tape should fit comfortably under your arms and span across your shoulder blades.

From the slimmest part of your natural waistline, measure just above your naval and below your rib cage.

Stand with your feet together and measure around your hips at the widest point approximately 20cm (8 inches) below your natural waistline.

Measure from the very top of your head to the floor.

Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch to the floor.
